1. Program Overview

The Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience Affiliate Program allows individuals to earn commissions by referring new annual subscribers to the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience platform. Our mission is to foster heart-led growth and community, and we invite you to share this valuable experience with your audience.

2. Affiliate Enrolment & Access

For Existing Members: If you are already a member of the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience heart-centered community, affiliate access is automatically provided. You can log in to your member dashboard to access your unique referral details and control panel.

For Non-Members: Individuals who are not current members of the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience community are welcome to join our Affiliate Program. Enrolment is a straightforward process designed to enable you to start earning commissions by sharing an authentically aligned solution that can benefit the people you care about and want to see succeed.

3. Commission Structure

For every eligible individual you refer who becomes a new annual subscriber to the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience, you will earn a commission.

Per-Sale Commission: You will receive a flat commission of $97 for each new individual who registers and successfully completes payment for an annual subscription to the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience through your unique referral link.

Eligible Sales: Commissions are paid solely on the initial, first-year annual subscription of a new, verified referral.

Non-Commissionable Sales: Please note that upsells, upgrades, renewals, and any other future back-end sales generated from your referred subscribers are not commissionable under this program. Commissions are strictly tied to the initial annual subscription.ce platform. 4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Commissions are paid out monthly on the 30th day of each month.

Validation Period: Each new registration and associated commission will undergo a validation period to ensure the legitimacy of the sale and subscription. Commissions will be paid for validated sales from the previous month.

• Clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship where required by law or ethical guidelines.
• Not engaging in spamming, misleading advertising, or any other unethical or illegal promotional activities.

6. Company Rights & Disclaimers

Program Modifications: Pricing, commission rates, product offerings, and the overall commission structure are subject to change at any time. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program or this Agreement at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Affiliates in advance where feasible.

Monitoring and Validation: The Company reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and validate all referred sales to ensure compliance with this Agreement. Invalid or fraudulent referrals will not be commissionable.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in and participating in the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
